Payment: Payment can be made by any major debit or credit card, cash, cashapp
Cardholder Must present card at time of payment. If Relopro Moving LLC is required to take any legal action in any effort
to collect any outstanding debt arising from this agreement, this contract grants ABC Quality Moving the express right to
recover our reasonable attorneys fees, interest, cost (including court costs), expenses and collection fees from you. Military muscle movers LLC reserves the right to collect for services rendered before the move is completed.
Damages: Although our moving staff will be as careful as possible, from time to time damages may occur. If a damage is
caused by our staff, at our discretion, we will: repair the item or compensate for its depreciated value. China, glass, clocks,
glassware, lamps, mirrors, pictures, artwork, Flat Panel Televisions, or any other fragile articles that are not packed & un-
packed by Military muscle movers LLC will only be moved at the owners risk. Because the mechanical condition of electronics and
appliances is unknown; we only assume responsibility for items which are mishandled or receive visible damage by our
staff. We are not responsible for unprotected flooring. If due to an inherent weakness in a piece of furniture (I.E. defect,
prior repair, unstable construction) a damage occurs, you understand that we will not be liable for any damage (s) to that
piece. Military muscle movers LLC is only responsible for items in our immediate care. Military muscle movers LLC assumes no responsi-
bility for money, jewelry, or other valuables, please make sure these items are safely put away before our moving crew
arrives. Military muscle movers llc's policy in regards to particle board/ready-to-assemble furniture: These items are not struc-
turally created to be moved once assembled, we will not repair or replace these items in the event they are damaged dur-
ing the move. Military muscle movers LLC will not be responsible for claims not specified on this contract. Please inspect all goods
I the undersigned do agree that I have inspected ALL of my household/office goods and find them in the same/good condi-
tion. I have inspected the moving van and agree I have received all of my goods. I hereby release military muscle movers LLC
from any claims which are not noted on this agreement. All furniture and boxes are placed where I want them and the
items which I wanted assembled are put back together and in working order.
I have inspected my origin location and find no damage (s) and there were not any items expected to be moved left behind.Please note there are Travel fees based on travel to and from the customer’s address if outside of the fort wayne service area. Overages / Unique Items military muscle movers LLC charges overages in ¼ hour increments. Extra charges, may be accrued based on certain oversized items. If more movers and/or trucks are needed. Jukeboxes and marble/granite table tops are examples of items that will accrue an extra charge of military muscle movers LLC does offer piano moving for an extra charge of $250 or more if already booking a move with us. Estimates. Any estimate given by Military Muscle Movers LLC for this move, prior to signing this agreement, is made as carefully as possible based upon the information given by the customer. Any estimate that is given is also based upon the property being packed and ready to move. Customer also agrees to materials costs if needed to complete the job. Denial of materials will forfeit customers ability to damage claims. Payment: Military Muscle Movers LLC requires a deposit to book any service with us. The amount is $200 and goes towards your total bill. Remaining balance is DUE UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Damage Claims: Although movers will be as careful as possible, damages do sometimes occur. If damage is caused by our service,Military Muscle Movers, LLC will take reasonable steps to repair . If there is damage, notify Military Muscle Movers, LLC representative immediately. The representative shall complete a damage report before leaving the job site. If you discover damages after the move, please notify the Military Muscle Movers LLC office within 48 hours of the move. NO damage claims will be honored until the final bill has been paid in full. Military Muscle Movers, LLC is only responsible for items in our immediate care, custody and control. You will be asked to sign a Release of Liability acknowledging this. We will not cover anything not boxed or prepped by us. By signing the customer agrees to the rate of .60 per pound reimbursement on all furniture and used household goods.
